Admissions Cycles

Across our first three admissions cycles, we received over 1600 applications and the calibre of applicants has exceptionally high each time. Unfortunately, due to our maximum capacity restrictions, we are unable to admit all interested applicants. Applications for the 2026 Spring Intake are now open. Prospective members are encouraged to apply as soon as possible due to the maximum capacity restrictions.

Till present day, ISYPO has mentored and guided the publication of more than 70 original research papers across various focus groups and subjects. These papers have been peer-reviewed and published in partner universities' archives, journals, and the Regenstein Library archives.

Model United Nations of

the University of Chicago

MUNUC is one of the most prestigious United Nations programs in the entire world, inviting over 2000 students from around the world annually. MUNUC 37 entertained over 3100 delegates from all over the world.

Focus Groups at ISYPO

ISYPO stands out from the crowd as a distinctive organization that redefines the traditional youth politics experience which typically only involves Model UN conferences. Our structure is founded upon seven unique focus groups, each committed to exploring how different academic dimensions intersect with politics and diplomacy. The groups focus on various niches like Outer Space Law, the study of Belief, Doctrines and Ethics, and traditional political theory focused on the efficiency of Democracy and other Global Political Systems. The broad horizon allows each group to offer members more than just participation in typical debates; they immerse you in thought-provoking discussions and intense political simulations designed to challenge your perspectives, cultivate critical thinking, and prepare you for the challenges of the true political landscape. Often, the organization hosts professionals and academics to lead formal workshops; recently, the Honourable Ambassador of Kosovo led a workshop on consensus-building measures.
